Samoyed Club of America 95th National Specialty 2027 The 2027 National Specialty will be held at the Monument and DoubleTree Inn in Rapid City, SD. The dates are September 20, 2027, through September 25, 2027. Room rate is $164 with a pet fee of $50 (for the whole stay), 4 dogs per room
